Lender Lifeline

Some professional advisors require their clients to sign a retainer agreement and post a significant sum of money to be drawn as the advice is given. We put ourselves in your shoes and thought, there must be a better way! And there is. We call it our Lender Lifeline. With the execution of a simple, straightforward general consulting services agreement with sbaAccess, your group can begin accessing the best, timeliest, and value oriented advice available in the market today for SBA lending. And the best thing about it, you only pay for what you use, as you go. Further, we can structure a monthly cap so that you know for budget purposes, your monthly bill won't exceed an amount certain (you choose the $ amount). If you don't use the budgeted amount for that month, you are only billed for what you use. If you exceed the budgeted amount, we will just roll over the extra into the next month (so we stay within your budget each month).

So how should you use the Lender Lifeline?
